This was posted on Yellow Bullet. Cops let these kids have a stretch of road to have fun and then something like this happens... They wonder why the Man In Blue gets after them.. very sickening to see..

Exactly why I left California 22 years ago. Love the weather there but most of the people suck.

Oakland is one of the worst ghetto towns in all of California. Over run with gangs, and thug mentality. California has 37% of the nation's welfare rolls, and this is what it creates. The Oakland police Dept tries to recruit officers, and has trouble getting takers at a $90K a year starting salary, that should tell you plenty.
