anybody use 200lb rear coilover spring in there foxbody?
just bought a set from somebody local and they are 200lb rear coilovers! I see most on here use anywhere between 110-130lb
springs for the rear! how will these workout for me?

My 65 has 85's on it with the small block.. 200 might be too much.

They'll work fine if you plan on hauling hay.
Use a really light spring and let your shock do the job they were designed to do.

Remember, springs need to be just heavy enough to hold the car up. As WB said, let the shock do the work

yellowhorse7 I was reading on yellowbuillet that some guys are using 200lb coilover spring on there drag radial car and slick
tire cars! how will they perform?

just call team z and get the correct springs. they are a vendor here and will help you choose the correct rate as well as probably cut you a deal. I think they have there house brand listed for $84 online.
You will fight your suspension and get them anyway if you try the 200's. It will be cheaper to sell what you have and buy new ones in the long run. I would think Dave will put you in 130's but he will ask everything about your car. We run lighter springs and Menscer shocks on our ride.
