INTERIOR ROOF PANEL---WHERE TO FIND? Empty INTERIOR ROOF PANEL---WHERE TO FIND?

I was at a car show last year and I saw a 79 F150 that had an aftermarket plastic molded roof panel installed (similar to the door panels you can buy). It even had a pre-molded CD player hole in it. Does anyone know who sells these roof panels? I want to get one for my 78 F150 Extended Cab?

Upon further inspection of this, it looks like it's for regular cabs only. I have an Extended Cab. Do they make one for the Extended Cab????
