NO limit on hogs.
May hunt with firearmes, bows, spears, pointed sticks or fists. Hunting with dogs allowed. (I'd recommend a pack of Catahoulas or other tough sumbitches, as hogs sometimes win.)
Only time hog hunting not allowed is during stalk only deer season and spring turkey season, for obvious reasons.
Buy a license, build a fire.
Kim same thing here on hogs no limit 365 days a year

I'm up for another hog hunt. Let's get the Band of Brothers together down south at Kim's for some pork gathering. I'd bet if we got a few of us together for a long weekend, we'd dang sure put a dent in the population.maverick wrote:Yeah, the SE U.S. is pretty much packed with pork.

223, 30/06, 270 etc will all get the job done. Best to use an autoloader for fast shooting.

Re: Keep Blake the Snake in your prayers......
I haven't been here in a long while, But I feel bad that the Snake and Eugene had problems with their guns and we loaned them a few of ours and when we shut down this evening I know 3 guys that had the time of their lives. I have a 3 1/2 gallon bucket that is about 4+ inches deep in empty .17 HMR and 22 mag Brass and that's just what we caught. I know Snake and Eugene Killed a 3 1/2 Foot rattler this morning said it was as big around as his forearm. I also know their shoulders are a little tinder and eyes are a little sore and thumbs are tinder from loading clips... we fed them good and are sending them home happy as a hogs wollerin in mud. I know my Buddy and I had a great time with these guys, Great people. I think I convinced Blake that shooting 2000 to 4000 Prairie dogs a day is totally easy I am pretty sure they were approaching the upper of that today. It was a very busy weekend for us and them I know they are tired...We wish them a safe trip home, Gary and I enjoyed them and hoped we gave them every thing they hoped it would be. Blake Eugene and Bill Hope to see you again....
