Re: Is Pro-Street Dead?
I hate wheelie bars but had to add them to my car. I've lost count of the times I've bruised my ankles/shins due to those bastards!
Only other alternative would be to lower my engine and trans, then re-tune suspension. It's not broken so I'm not fixing it.

Re: Is Pro-Street Dead?
Only problem I have with the whole "Pro Street" deal is the term has been around sooooo damn long & been incorrectly used in reference to waaaay too many different types of cars that the term has pretty much lost all it's meaning.
When some of the ricer dicks started to refer to their multiple deck winged/fart-can rides as "Pro Street"......that's when I knew something has gone terribly wrong somewhere.

I don't think it is dead. It is just that it is not so popular to be right out in front of everything else.
I have heard terms like Pro Resto to apply to a street/super stock look which seems to have become popular around here for a while but, that craze will probably subside to something else again. These hot rods are not gonna just die though.
