Where was the pictures posted showing the 2015 2.7 eco boost engine? I forgot who posted them and what section it was in.

Re: 2.7 eco boost
I've been reading up on this new 2.7 EB for the 2015 F150.
So far it has gotten good feedback regarding power. (and fuel mileage)
The drive tests posted on you tube show the drivers impressed with the power.
For the first time, a customer can order an Eco Boost reg. cab swb, 2wd without having to buy the ($ 40,000 plus) Tremor.
So I went on Ford's site to see if I could build a " Baby Lightning"
The 2wd, reg. cab, swb with the 2.7EB should weigh around 4200 lbs.
I spec'd it out with the electric locker and 3.73 gears, so the 325 h.p. and 375 ft. lbs. of torque is a good starting point.

Re: 2.7 eco boost
I need the same thing except in a four wheel drive.
It would probably be a smarter bet to stay with the 5.0 v8 though. BUT,, could you imaging how much better that truck would work off road being that light. It would almost be as light as my 84 F150 with the inline 6.
xlt 4x4 with the 2.7 still ended up being $39,670 net I would have to have power windows, chrome grill, Ford sync and rubber floor.
