new ti retainer
Looking to swap titanium crower 86067 retainers on to my blue thunder heads. The springs have a damper. Will this cause chafing to the retainer?

You will need to look at the ID of your damper and compare it to the specs of the retainer.
If you have the spring part number and call the retainer manufacturer, they should be able to advise.
I have run dampened springs with TI with no issues if they fit correctly.
