oil adapter retainer
I had the oil adapter o-ring blow out. It was at about 900 ft., oil on rear tires, left front tire and brake coated in oil.
Almost crashed the car, a harry ride.
I made a retainer to capture the head of the bolt that attaches from the block and the adapter, it only has one.
Tapped a bolt in the adapter to attach the retainer. Retainer ( L bracket ) holds bolt to the adapter now the bolt cannot loossen up.
Something to about, don't want the same thing happenning to somebody else.
