Re: from 112 c to108 center line
what you need to do is get this combo done and running and run it like you stole it and quit changing things every week... you will never know how good it runs unless you run it and try to get it tuned out...I am not picking on you just the facts...

Nope.... I'd head the other way depending in the lobes and rest of the combo.

If I hear you correctly...you have a cam that is ground on 114* lsa?
What's the duration at .050"

Re: from 112 c to108 center line
Compression gearing and weight of the vehicle com into play also.
I'm not going to say it's wrong until I hear more. But in all fairness 580 inches and 108 very seldom go together.

Re: from 112 c to108 center line
Lem, the cam @.050 is283/302 and at .020 is 316/340.
Yes it's one that you spec'ed and made for me.
I remember you telling me a long time ago to go on 112. Right now I was just wondering what would things be like if it was on 108 or 110. Would it make more hp or what.
Thanks

If you going to be running Douglas track if they hadn't done anything to help traction you going to have your hands full making a full pass. I heard that it is under new management but haven't been there to see how the track is now. But if it is the same as it was like I said you will have full making a full out pass.

Re: from 112 c to108 center line
Are you sure your dome is 12.5 cc's If it is I'm seeing about 14.3:1 compression if your chambers are at 85-86cc's
