I have received several different answers and I want this put to rest. I have a 1992 ford efi 460 I'm putting d3ve heads on. What is my CR?

Factory is about 7.5 with most d3 heads and the non EFI pistons, EFI pistons have a slightly smaller dish

http://wallaceracing.com/cr_test2.php                                                                                                                                                              I came up with 8.8/1 CR with a 7cc dish ( which 1992 is said to have ) .030 in the hole with a 95cc chamber .041" gasket thickness.

i did too. Confirmed my deck height from piston is .030, going to have to get a thinner head gasket though. Guess the guy gave me the wrong one it measures .05 not the .041 i wanted. Thanks fellas just wanted to reassure my calculations were correct

I used 95cc for the head chamber size, 4.40" for the gasket with .041" thickness .030 for deck height or in the hole. Came out to 8.88 CR.
