aje front end maverick question
guys the aje front was mocked up when i got the maverick , but from pictures of these front ends they still use the stock holes or location .
the previous owner looks to have cut the towers back to far ..... there mounted in there for mock and to roll around but im not sure how they or who figuared the location out .
any thoughts ? im not to thrilled with the aje setup in this car and the way they mocked it up , maybe im just frustrated due to owing someones loose ends
hell im not even sure the angle these struts should be at

This guy has a '72 Comet he has installed the AJE K-member in. There are pretty detailed pictures of what he did, how much he removed and so on.

Re: aje front end maverick question
they suck to mount. On the kit we had nothing lined up and the holes werent even in the right places for the rack. we changed the ends on the control arms to heim joints for adjustment and mounted the tops as far out and back that we could. This put them pretty close to fox mustang "race" specs. another words the strut is leaned back pretty good. If you are road driving it then you do not want them that far back as the front end doesn't turn well and wants to stay straight. I posted a few pictures in the chassis section below of a maverick we just finished with the AJE front titled X275 Maverick.
