Valve size suggestion for d0ve heads
My d0ve-c heads are almost done being ported (waiting on a new die grinder). Nothing extreme, bowl blend the intakes, remove the bumps from the exhaust ports and shave the short turn, and general smoothing and clean-up of the ports. Now I am looking at getting some oversize valves to stuff in it and am rather unsure which way to go, perhaps 2.19 intake and 1.75 exhaust, it's for a street/strip setup (mostly DD street duty). I have also heard that going with a smaller valve stem can free up a bit of power but I am not sure it'd be an appreciable difference given my intended use. Steer me in the right direction here guys!

Re: Valve size suggestion for d0ve heads
I am curious as to how well the bowls can be ported when the valve seating area has yet to be located...?
Do you intend to go back and do some more...?
I would use 2.190" & 1.710" Cleveland valves.
