How much bar does it need? Or does it even need them? For the $$ the quarter max weld up kit is hard to beat. IMO

Ours are $800-$1800 depending on weight of car, horsepower level, suspension style, etc.

Don't forget that a wheelie bar kit/set made of 'moly tubing will need to be Tig welded, vs Mig welding.

Re: Which wheelie bars
If you decide not to run bars just remember if goes for the stars....
1) shift to high gear
2) easy off the throttle just a tad ( it doesn't take much to put it down )
3) idle back to pit and change undergarment

How does you figure out how long of a bar your car needs?

Start at around 70" C/C on a dual wheel 'moly tube set & work from there. As the bars get longer & longer the need increases for some form of a bolt-in/pull-pin pivoting vertical brace/connector between the top bar & bottom bar each side (placed aprox mid length). These extra braces helps keep the long w/bar from bowing too much (and possibly folding up) under load.
