yeah, in the dust cloud after the wreck, it looked like a cartoon with stuff flying in the air above the score board. Bad day for sure!

I know there are classes that do not allow wheelie bars, and I'm glad the guy wasn't hurt. At least seriously anyway. But I think from a saftey standpoint, the people that race these classes are as stupid as the people that won't allow them to run them... All because the crowd needs a good show. Don't know about you, but I would get tired of watching when stuff like this happens. You'd be watching more track clean up then you would racing. JMO.

there are deaths in every sport nascar, f-1, top fuel etc.... i mean come on there were so many deaths in top fuel in the last decade then there were in these outlaw races ....... probably need to slow all this shit down and go racing big wheels or something, and you would still have people bitching about......

give the guys some respect, they know exactly what they are getting themselves into everytime the strap in .

p.s. there are about as many deaths playing football , think about that

Oh that's right, I forgot. Because some people run big tires and or wheelie bars, they're not considered racers. Oh yeah, or mondo shots of nitrous. How about the Safety of the spectators

Local Mississippi racer Dennis Bailey of BB&T wreck from this past Sunday. You can see where they had to cut the funny car cage to get him out.
This was the same car that came all four tires off the ground at Hub not long ago at the 1/4mile mark. This event was only a 1/8 mile race. This happened right after we left and the wind had been blowing pretty good that day.

I think they need some wheelie bars....I've seen a 6.80 car go over the rail. I guess they should just outlaw everything ? I want to see some fast out of control cars.It amazes me how they ever get em down the track..Same shit caused that wreck as when I wrecked mine....DRIVER didn't lift in time!!!! I'll bet he won't make that mistake again

I agree with Dan.The car came down he should have stayed out of it.We all make mistakes'the faster you go the bigger the wreck.
I know some of the guys who run that type of car in orsca and outlaw events.You will probally disagree with me but I watch alot of these events. It is the driving style or lack there of that causes alot of these crashs.Most of these guys use the msd boxs in conjunction with a fast or mega squirt type system to make a form of traction control. When they leave the line they pretty much do not lift even if it spins or
or lifts the tires down the track.They stay in it and wait on the traction control to catch up.Some times it is too late.Did this guy lift or did it start to set down because of wheel spin/traction control and when the spinning stopped the computer brought the power back on instantly.
I love to watch these cars because they are exciteing.Take the excitement out it and you have what nascar has become.I don't want to see anyone get hurt but if I want to be bored stiff I will watch golf,buy the way I have a friend who's husb got a bad inj. playing golf. He was hit in te eye by a stray ball had had to have several surgeries and still has problems.I knew it was more dangerious than racing.
We all know it is dangerious when we go racing so if we get hurt it is our own fault.I've never been forced to go down a race track or to go to a racing event.

Didn't know I was cussing, I was in auto class but we had a substitute and I just got internet on my phone so I did this rather than watch the boring video. He didn't care, that's the only reason I did go on here. Just got a new phone after five year so I wanted to test it out. I don't text or.do any of that crap, I hate it. As a matter of fact I didn't even want to get this phone because my old.one was fine, but it takes great pictures of cars.
