best pass of the day was a 7.41 with a 1.67 short time ... the car works great , but it just bogs bad coming off the 2-step ..... i tried to increase the leave and it got worse. the car has way more in it if i can figure out this bog issue.

yes this is a blower car about 590 hp at the crank with the exhaust, 4000 lbs with me in it. the first 2 passes i launched at 2800 rpm , the third pass i set the 2-step to 3200 and the launch bogged worse.... the last pass i just feather the throttle off the line around 1900 rpm and it was fine but slowed down.

Turn the TC off and leave at 4500rpm Razz Razz

All bs aside when I had the first tune in my car it would bog (only on a dead hook) took it to another tuner and he set me up and it quit.

Other than the launch bog it sound great...Get your video crew a pit pass so we can see it Razz If you have a shift light with the pre-colors they work good for ranging the RPM to side step a stick w/o a 2-step however everyone will think you are over-revving that SOB the whole time looking at the light through the back window of the car.

Back in sept. we were at the track and a young man drove his 08 GT500 in, put on his helmet and went straight to line did the burnout w/drag radials. Clicked off a 6.60 w/o breaking a sweat.

Yep, definitely has a blower upgrade. That's my goal to be around the 6.50 range and still be able to drive to a car show and pick up some groceries Smile

so i was going to do a 2.9 blower with a cobra jet like setup but i figured 850 rwhp isnt going to cut it. So i went with a 3.6 KB kit. Waiting on the fuel system to arrive and then we will start the build.

kenne bell tb on the left , cobra jet on the right.
