I'm not sure where the Freelander/Oakley engine finished , but it did not win.

It did win the top hp award.

The correction on the UNOH was weird this year, the engine picked up about 100hp on the same dyno it was developed on in I'm 2013.

Changes where the following.

1) Big Dominator
2) mechanical lifters
3) new big tube headers
4) better oil pan

The short block is the same as where the heads and intake.

We ended up in 4th place but did take the top hp award and almost had the torque award too.

I knew something did not make sense. So did the Pontiac win?

YEP ... the Pontiac won and it was the smallest engine in the class at 466 cubic inches.

PER CUBIC INCH is the rule and it is hard to beat a good smaller engine.

I kind of figured the smaller displacement would help by the way they score it. Some more details would be nice to on the Ford build. Anyway good job guys. Smile
