It figures! A democrat from Va. Virginia is not on my list of favorite states right now. All 82 co-sponsors are dem too, no Republicans.

I have been warning about First Amendment attacks through so called hate speech laws for quite a few years. Once the First and Second Amendment are neutralized all the rest are worthless. The safe space and micro aggression being pushed on college campus's is just a vehicle but, it's a tank sized one.

I mentioned the arsenal type laws were going to be pushed again after the press started harping on all the ammo the San Bernadino guys were claimed to have had. 2016 is going to be a epic year in the history books on par with 1968 I predict the way things are shaping up.

BTW if you want an NFA trust you better get it now. Once the new ATF regs concerning NFA firearm trusts is signed it will go into effect in 180 days from that point. New regs require fingerprint cards from all parties named in the trust. No requirement for chief LEO to sign off on it. Guess who does the finger print cards. LOL

It's going to be a bad deal and once the regs are put in place and the systems running it's going to be like ObamaCare and for that matter likely linked straight to with it on the records, and very hard to undue. It will be easy to add onto though. The first week of the new years is not even over and look at all the shit that has gone down in the news.
