What is the availability of .060 over (4.420) piston rings? Specifically low tension rings. I have a block that is at the high side of .040 and can go .060 over safely.

Total seal # CRL 2690 65 is what you want.

.060 piston rings Empty 60 over rings

As long as there 1/16 top ring, no one makes stock ductile iron rings or performance style for the stock thickness in 60 over.
