Tires on a hardtail Empty Tires on a hardtail

I am currently running Hoosier C1500 15.0/34.5-16 on a bead lock wheel with just over 1000hp. The tires are about worn out and I am thinking about trying a set of Mickey Thompson slicks. What is everyone else out there running and what are the pros and cons?

How fast is your car, roll out of the tires you're running now, and how may RPMs are you wishing to cross the trap at?

I would go with the 3190 for the same roll out.
