528" Pump gas engine 840HP
Built for a boat project that's not going to happen and it's just sitting collecting dust. Maybe it can find a good home.
528” BBF ( 4.42x4.30) TFS A-460 heads 11.25:1 compression 840hp at 6,800, 700 lbs ft at 5,100 on 91 octane. Dyno’d at Westech
Engine has 14 dyno pulls on it. Professionally built by James Bostick Racing Engines ( El Cajon Ca) in 2013 for a race boat.
Parts list includes:
Dove A block .060 over 4.42 bore aftermarket 4 bolt main conversion ( Paul Kane)
521" FRPP kit 4.30" stoke, Eagle rods, replaced SRP pistons with JE's to work with A-460 heads
'93 A-460 heads 2.3 intake heads flow 420 cfm at .750
Schneider solid roller: @ .050" 276-284 ( adv. 306-312) lobe lift .430int - .435ex, lobe sep 112
gross lift .744int .752 ex
Danny Bee belt drive, Crower Enduro Stainless rockers, Crower hippo solid roller lifters, Manton pushrods, Isky Tool room valve springs, MSD crank trigger, Jomar stud girdle and a few other good parts
Pump gas build to run 11:25:1 compression. Ran on 91 octane with 28* timing
#1 cly exhaust port has weld repair from a crack that had leaked water.
840 hp with 1,200 dominator, 810 hp with a 950HP carb.
Engine would cost $ 12,000+ to duplicate
$8,500 OBO without Carb

Ford Motorsports (now called Ford Racing), had Trick Flow cast the heads with the Ford Motorsports logo on the ends and a Ford style part number.
They are essentially the same as the TFS heads.

Not really true ... the intake ports are internally different when "out of the box" but, can be ported almost the same. And, the exhaust ports are in a slightly different location at 4.900" center to center.
The TFS BRAND heads have the exhaust ports at 4.840" center to center.
Not a problem to most people other than actuality but, they are different.

the guy who purchased it yesterday is going to put it in an Off-road race truck with 39" tires and lots of suspension. He figures he's going to need all that Trq.
He was at the right place at the right time to get the engine at the price he did. Lucky man
How are you doing, Paul. Hope all is well.

Just throwing it out there man. Glad it sold for you. Only other thing would have been a custom 338 rifle.
