Dizzy gear clearances
I've got a clearance issue with the Dizzy Gear and cam gear.
It's a lot tighter when installed in a SVO A460 block as compared to the old D0VE block.
Pic is of same cam, dizzy and gear fitted in both blocks.

Best idea i think would be to blue the gears and see what the contact patch is like , just like setting up diff gears

It's binding up deep in the groove, there are wear marks from a short run in the A460 block before teardown. No contact when in the old block.

Very interesting. An unusual problem , hopefully someone has seen this before .
