351 W stroker ideas.
Im just thinking out loud here, guys.
So Im juggling some ideas around concerning cylinder heads.
I got the 409 small block Windsor short block from 'G-Code' on here (thanks again Jon!!).
It was built for the EMC challenge a few years ago, and it had AFR 225 inline valve heads.
I already own a set of C3 canted valve Cleveland style heads.
Im just wondering if it would be worth it to put those heads on it, which means changing the pistons and re-balancing, and somehow finding the intake to fit it, or just get another set of AFR's and everything basically bolts back together the way it was.
This engine was plenty stout in its AFR headed configuration, making 657 horsepower at 6500 RPM.
I think the Cleveland style top end could add nearly 100 horsepower more with all matched components.
I just want to hear some views on this from you guys!! Thanks!!

What are you doing with the engine? Race it or cruise it? For simplicity and cost sake I'd put a set of AFRs back on it.
