Need a clutch...

Looking for suggestions on which clutch to use. Heavy car, 4 speed, 545 stroker, 3.70 gears with a 28" tall drag radial. Car will be 95% street driven. Most manufacturers are telling me to use a twin disc setup. Has anyone found a single disc that will handle the torque of a stroker? ANy help is greatly appreciated.

I'm using a Centerforce 12" behind my 545 into a Lenco ST1200 five speed and 4:11 gears with 33X22.5X15 Hoosiers - no complaints after 3 years.
