Who can set these heads up for a 521 build for a Bracket car ?

I'll recommend anyone on here who does cylinder heads for a living ... I would choose someone closest to your location.

Don't really need Max effort heads on a 521 bracket motor IMO.

Thanks for the advice and effort to do so. I have learned that improving any part of the drive train significantly , ripples through the combinationfront front to rear. It's my heads time to be improved. I have prepared the balance of the combination to handle a step up. I guess I have not done sufficient reasearch to know what horsepower upgrade I can get out of these heads while staying at 521. I'm a horsepower racer no boosters. Can't afford turbos of nitrous rebuilds. Thanks again. I will rethink the question

A-429 Aluminum CJ heads or cast iron i would think cast iron 429 Cobra Jets?

Agree with Randy.
Also if you are talking about the factory iron CJ heads you will be far ahead using a custom designed camshaft.
Several here that can help greatly with that as well.

i just took my A429 cjs off the 514 to be replaced with the p51s, motor is mild nothing too crazy, been 9.12 @148. 14:1 comp.
