i was wondering what is a better head out of the box for a 460 pushing 500 horse

TFS A 460 head is hard to beat hp per $.
P-51 Kasse
AFR probably may tie the P-51's if we ever see a all out deal on the dyno.

A bowl blend on the SCJ's will move it up the list considerably. More than any of the rest.

All out horsepower capability...?
Best average power at Wide Open Throttle ...?
Part throttle response during transients ...?
Driving torque going down the highway ...?
etc.
How that particular engine, in what vehicle, is to be used will probably determine which heads would be the best fit in THAT specific situation.
They will all produce 500 horsepower. at 460 cubic inches.
