A429 heads

Thinking about replacing the valves over the winter they have the A429 valves from Ford Motorsports in them now. I not sure as how long they been in them plus some of the epoxy is trying to turn loose. What is a good way to repair the epoxy remove it and put new back, if so might just send them to someone have repair and flowed .

grind the loose stuff out, replace with new, theres better stuff now a days. prob gain on flow while working on them at the same time
