For the benefit of the intake valve flow I'd use a bigger bore.

4.560 or bigger x 4.3 or 4.560" or bigger x 4.5 would make more sense.

Is there some kind of CID rule?

4.600" x 4.300" is where I would go for this application with that 2.500" intake valve; unless as has been said, there is some kind of cubic inch to weight rule.
In that case ...  4.600" x 4.150" is 551 cubic inches.

Bigger is better.... I’d be doing a 598 or 632

Why would you take a head like the Interceptor and put smaller valves in it?

Big heads require big valves which need big bore diameters which can/should produce big power!!!!

very simple he wants everything for free or as close to it as possible, He is on government assistance can't afford any thing. He is out to put it to someone step up and get yours he has been on every forum under different names, when he Pi$$es everyone off he disappears for a short time then comes back with a slightly different name. Buy a new set of pro comp heads and build a 503.. best option cause why......... Pay a engine builder. If you are going to use Keith's head pay him for his knowledge..... WUT?
