Go to the icon that say (HOST AN IMAGE) click ( SELECT FILE ) select your file from your folder where picture is, file will download into box,
then click ( SEND ALL ) your file will be tranfered to a url, there will be three of them,,, choose the bottom url,, right click on it and high light it,,
and copy it, then paste it to the forum page , then go to bottom of forum page and hit SEND
