So do i need to make sure to Hit just one of the Bearingholes at the four Places behind the Front or is there something i need to know?

Nothing special here. The second pic you have loaded the hole on the outermost portion will be slightly exposed when you get the hole in the center of the bearing to line up. It just needs a portion of it uncovered to help oil the timing chain sprocket. Why these cam bearings have two holes I have no idea (manufacturing process related maybe?) But I always think about how the engine rotates and clock them in a way to where as if the bearing was to slip for any reason and turn is has an opportunity to line back up with the other hole and free itself if that makes sense.

All five cam bearing bores in the block are the same size unlike other Ford engines. Bearing manufacturers simply supply five of the same bearing because of that . As you noted it's only important on the front position as lond as one hole is lined up on the other four , you are good to go.
