Danny Bee belt alignment
Anybody have to remove material from the back side of the lower pulley to center the belt. Found a small chunk tore loose from belt and can see its riding hard on back lip of pulley. I'm sure the pulley is fully seated on the crank. Before installing housing, I installed pulley on crank and made sure it went on all the way. Then took measurement from pulley to front of crank snout. Measurement repeated on final install.
Measuring with feeler gauge I have .045 gap between belt and front lip of pulley. Thinking I need to remove .022 from pulley

Re: Danny Bee belt alignment
pulley not on far enough, cheek radius of crank could be holding it out some
Id be looking closer before I removed anything
