That thing would be really bad w/nice paint. The flats ok but I prefer paint. I been thinking about adding a mini scoop on top of my cowl like that .

That's C.G. Knight out of Ga. It used to BBC powered with a big gold bowtie on the grille. He runs the orsca 5.0 class, the same class I'm going to run. It has been my mission to build a quicker truck that his all NA. He used to run a lot of spray when he ran 5.30's. It looks good now, when he had the bowtie on the front, I had a hard time with it.

You don't want me to practice on it Harold. One of many things i'm not a expert on is bodywork. Maybe we can talk another expert into doing it for us.

I like it. Crossbreed or not, most any slick cool looking Ford drag truck with a chopped roof & slammed on the ground is going to get my vote.

So the bowtie is missing does that mean the bbc is missing lol. I knew it had to be a damn Chevy in it. I hope you do beat him with good old ford power. My truck will never go fast enough for him.

I really want to build a g body Malibu with a BBF. That will ruin some peoples day for sure lol. Stock suspension with a bunch of spray leaving all tweaked up. Would BBC headers fit on A460 heads or is it a different port spacing?56Tbird wrote:Figures ,I hate them damn Crossbreeders!! The only way to do it is a BBF in a split window vette or a hemi cuda

Yes they will work, Tweety has BBC headers, I had to cut the flanges between the tubes and move them ever so little and the bolts went right in.

Nice. Some inspiration for my truck, tho I would be just as happy running 13s or 12s in the 1/4 all day long.
