Block from a 79 E350 van, anything special?

My buddy and I went in on a couple of 460 builders, he got the 72 block and I got the 79 one, is there anything special I should know about the 79 block or am I good to throw parts in it and enjoy?

With slightly longer bores and the older cranks won't clear, but the new stroker stuff fits fine.
