? on Rear Disc Brake

Just wondering what year and make can I find a 4 1/2 bolt pattern rear disc brake set thinking about hitting the junk yard Sat. morning and trying to find a set up to put on the ranger. I called the guy at the junk yard he told me a $150 for a complete set up with me pulling it so I know I can get everything even all the bolts and the lines.So any help on what year and makes I should look for will make finding it alot easier.

Make sure it's a "late" 90's. The early-mid 90's had drums on the rear. At least my 94 did.

I think in 94 the disk brakes were a specialty option on them. Ive seem 94's with drums and 94's with disks lol
