Rod bearings
I have CB743H-std from clevite. What is there part number for there coated ones. Also CB743HX. I can not find a cat. on the net for there bearings. I think that the X on the CB743HX is for a size difference. Tell me more ?

The "X" means EXTRA clearance; they have about .0008" more clearance than a "STD" bearing size.

H is Hard
V is Vanderwel material
N is Narrow for more room in the radius
D is Dowel
X is extra clearance

the Question is... is this a 460 ort a stroker? if it is a stock stroke 460 then they might be ok if it is a stroker you better make sure it has more Radius on the bearing cuz they will rub if not....
