Re: got some new heads
the technology is cool in the ls engines. I do not deny that.
On another note, I bought a DRCE 2 block Saturday (cheap and it is at the machine shop finished). It is a 9.5 deck block drilled for Ford 18 bolt heads that has a finished bore of 4.53". But this will be built for the 2012 race season. So I guess I have to bite my tongue on the inbred motors.

Having driven a few LS and LT motors i can say one thing, they hate rpms. oh and the heads love to crack under boost
you sir are the joke.
I mean you do have an LS (laughing stock) motor.
7000 rpms is kids play in the real racing world. theres 550+ ci bbf's here running higher than that. And your Laughing stock can only conduct to 7000? wow im sorry, i new they head low rpm ceillings but not that low

The LSX motors are crap, plain and simple. Line up against a Cleveland and you'll find out really quick how bad your chebbie sucks, and thats a BABY BIG BLOCK!!! If you're betting on races you'd better bet against yourself or you're gonna loose a lot of money really fast (and probably a few teeth too).
