I've got the sheetmetal beat back out and ready to put back in ,but I've got to get the 1/4 all glassed on the inside 1st..May not be painted for the Hotrod reunion ,but she'll be there!! .......I HOPE I'm planning on some TNT saturday ..I hope that works out [img][/img][img][/img]Got the door ready for bondo tomorrow...it almost took the outside skin off of it!!! Shoved the hinge post in about a half inch . I'm going to at least paint the door ,so I can put all the window parts and door panel back on...

Re: Tweetybird's battle scars
dan you may already know this but i'm gona tell you cuz it's the best glass trick i ever found.use wax paper to layout your rag on cut to size like your gona put it on and then put your resin on it,soak it in good and smack it on.if you have any air bubbles in it just work them out with your hand or a spreader, let it set up with the paper on and it'll just pull off and be nice and slick.the best part is you dont get it all over you. it works real good on hard to get to places too.

Re: Tweetybird's battle scars

Itchy...itchy....glass work!
Dan-o,
It is looking real good.
I was hoping I didn't have to find the dude with the little pink crown from the Bash to cruise with me at the Hot Rod Reunion.
Watching your deal will give me some "pucker factor" at Atlanta this weekend.
It looked like one of my WFO passes....you know...heading for the other lane...:-)
Later...
Keith
