Looks great Dan!!
So when do you sleep???
It's a good thing it was a cherry low mileage grocery getter so you don't have to worry about rust etc.

Re: Tweetybird's battle scars
Rick ,I just painted what was tore up..that's the beauty of the old acrylic enamel....It looks alot better than I thought it was going to. I wanted to block it and prime it one more time . But my fingers and time were against me...Brian ,it wasn't easy , I've got a 16 hr. day in today ,and need to work all night. But my ass is draggin!! Unbelievable, even to me that I got it all done in 9 days. There was a ton of bodywork and repairs to be made,I just hope it goes straight!!!

Re: Tweetybird's battle scars
Dan, did the heat/humidity mess with the resin setup times? Or did the mother nature give you any break on the temps while you were slinging 'glass?

Re: Tweetybird's battle scars
Dave ,the heat and humidity killed me on this....It was so touchy , some was setting up so quick I couldn't get it on . I had one batch on the front fender that I backed off on the hardener and it took 3 days to get set up. I had just decided that morning to clean it off and redo it , I went up there and it was hard. I had plenty to do ,so waiting on it wasn't a problem ,just the aggravation of it.The bondo was even worse , I couldn't wipe a spot over 6" without it setting up . It took 3 times as long as usual. I actually had planned on testing last weekend , but nothing went right. I was close to losing my religon a time or two It's 1:38am and I'm making coffee and going back at it. I've got to be insane!!
