didnt somebody on here or the other site, have pic's of the new lifters showing that the head on the rivet that holds the cross bar on, in the new lifters. was smaller then the older lifters, and was letting the bars to pop off???

That was on here, I think the lifters were comp cams or ford racing but I can't really remember.

These lifters look identical to my old ones , the bar broke. I'm not sure why, but it looks like it let loose 1st ,then the lifter turned sideways. The axle and roller bearings show no sign of wear at all, so I don't think the wheel locked up 1st? We may never know ,it's just a bad luck thing I guess affraid king

One thing for sure though,if anyone has a engine they need stress tested ,bring it on!! If I can't tear it up ,it's pretty much indestructable lol! Twisted Evil king

Well I'm glad your not taking the bad luck so harshly. Keep your chin up, things will turn around sometimes. Just like you have a week where everything goes right, you can have the opposite. Always look on the bright side of things. Very Happy
