T&D machine rockers
Has anyone bought a set recently for a460 heads? I'm trying to find a price on them, but I'm not having any luck and TD hasn't emailed me back. Anyone know how much they cost?
Thanks

Oh that's nothing, after spending that much money you get to pay for the set-up, welding etc. You'll spend a couple to a few more hundred by the time you're done. but all in all well worth it:
Got mine over 3 yrs ago, I forget what I paid.

Those are cheap, you need to look at some ww engineering boss stuff...... Or some of the custom pro stuff..... But you do get damn good stuff from these companies.

The WW stuff is near $2,000. I think.

I haven't bought anything yet. I'm thing I'm going to run a set of crane golds and a jomar stud girdle. I don't think I'm at the level where a shaft rocker is needed. I was looking at the yella terra shafts though, they look interesting, but I'm not sure. I know that there are a lot of people running stud mount rockers on a460 heads for lots of passes with no problems at all.

They are a very good upgrade if you don't have any parts for stud mount stuff already.

Re: T&D machine rockers
When I started collecting parts for my A460 build I wanted to go with shaft rockers, but instead went with Crane gold race rockers and Jomar girdles. The money I saved on that was put to use elsewhere. Zero problems.

What are your spring pressures and cam specs If you don't mind?
