Head gasket question Empty Head gasket question

I have a d1ve block, stock crank, eagle i-beam rods & je flat top pistons. After assembling engine the pistons are .030 out of the hole & I was wondering what thickness head gasket to order as I have allready had rotating assy balanced. I was thinking a .080 head gasket would be about right. But i am no expert like you guys are.

seems Cometic makes something in the .072 range..............I may be off a little.
