Re: header question
The Hedman Hustler series for the 70's model Fords should fit that chassis.

Headers for the 67-79 trucks will fit that truck.
These are upsweeps though http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HED-85920/

Re: header question
L&L's are too small of diameter on the primaries. Another idea would be Mad Dog headers, he makes some real nice stuff and pretty reasonable prices too.

I hear mad dog's are good. Forgot to check the L&L's primary diameter before posting.schmitty wrote:L&L's are too small of diameter on the primaries. Another idea would be Mad Dog headers, he makes some real nice stuff and pretty reasonable prices too.

Re: header question
thannks fellas. the headmans are fenderwell headers but he may have to make an exception to get a big tube set. we were looking for something to go inside the frame rails.

Re: header question
What is the truck going to be used for? Outside the frame is the best IMHO for room and heat removal from the engine compartment. It also makes routing the exhaust a lot less complicated if you are needing to run mufflers.lance flake wrote:thannks fellas. the headmans are fenderwell headers but he may have to make an exception to get a big tube set. we were looking for something to go inside the frame rails.
