You will need this tool to do it http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRO-66820/ . I spend the money to let someone else do it but I have done it in the past its not that hard.

not that hard with the cam tool you just got to make sure you keep the holes in the bearing lined up with the holes in the block and not to over tighten the tool on the bearings

If you feel that you're gonna be doing a lot of cam bearings yourself go ahead and get the bearing installation tool, otherwise I'd spend the money getting my block cleaned and having the bearings installed for me.

Re: cam bearings install
I use to do my own until my brother loaned my tool out and forgot who he loaned it too.The hardest one is the last one (Front) Make sure it's in straight. But,My machinist is one of my sponsors so I let him do them for me.

Re: cam bearings install
I've got two cam bearing tools. One for knocking out the nastys, the other...CLEAN, for the new ones.
Re: cam bearings install
Blake, How do you "pull" them in?
Also, the front one should be done through the rear of the block, right? I just picked up a new tool for cheap and plan to do my own.

Re: cam bearings install
Does the puck tighten up on the bearing or just sit inside of it with a lip on the edge to hold it so you can pull it in?
What should I look for once I pound in the new ones? Just make sure the cam spins free?

Yes, it fits just like the knock in type, but is easier on the bearings. You could mic the cam bearing bore against the cam journal to see the oil clearence. If it spins good and free they usually work good.
The bearings that you get from Lem and Randy M. are all number one Cleveland cam bearings. They are a touch wider and are close to .001 bigger on the i.d.
