Not super familiar with the idiosyncracies of the 5.0 and want to brush up. Building a 347 and want to utilise the right parts to work with the factory EFI...

At around the 500 hp mark and a lot of abuse the blocks sometimes split right down the middle. As for heads, factory GT40P heads have quite a bit to offer as far as factory castings go.

If you were running it stock it'd split at about the 600-650 HP mark but you've done a lot of reinforcing on it so who knows...
