How much will my truck haul?

So im looking to haul some rock for my driveway and im looking for suggestions on how much my truck will haul in the bed. Truck is a 01 F250 4X4 V10 short bed. I know ive had 3000lb in there with no problem, just lookin to cut down on the number of trips. A dump truck is not an option because of my friggin carport, so my options are limited.

if you have a flat car trailer make 2ft high sides with plywood and 2x4 frame works great

my experiance with the super duty is if it doesnt blow the tires out you can haul it. ive had 2 paletts of seed 5000 pounds no trouble.

When you go to get the rock they will have weight scales and they should weight your truck and it will tell them what the max weight you can haul.
