a side note, the "100" tuneup is a 57n 63f and is a lot cleaner than this one, it could be a pill problem, I hear the NX pills are a mass produced deal, not flowed etc like IS 's stuff.

suspension upgrades really paid off, I just gotta keep it hooked in high gear now.............May test at another track or wait until the first PSRA race when the prep is a lot better.

on the last run it was going for the centerline and had to abort, its rock solid in low gear, I do have some extra timing pulled at the leave and ramped back in before the shift, once in high gear its all in...............even the dragsters were having issues in high gear, nobody w power was making clean runs...........it is what we are used to there, they will not spend $$$$$ on prep this early and the track needs scraped bad.

The prior pass w a lighter t/u it rattled the tires all the way through high gear, I thought the driveshaft fell out or something it was so bad.............still managed a .43

Cars got .20's in it no doubt, I need to make a few adjustments and it will be straight as an arrow, may also have to put some gear retard in the 7531 to calm it down in high gear. BTW all runs were made with the front end limited to only 2" of travel, the last run I rode a nice low wheelie through low gear and got stupid on the gearchange. All runs were shortshifted and not even in the powerband the intake wants to be in.

Car has never been in the 1.20 60' range on these conditions, so I'm satisfied with it so far.

Oh another excuse, 3000' corrected d/a and 15-20mph headwind.............. and on the last aborted run it had 30 more #s in the trunk........ Razz

it is what we are used to there, they will not spend $$$$$ on prep this early and the track needs scraped bad.

Nope, Gonna rain tomorrow night, sunday looks like the first chase possibilty of the season..... So most assured I'll be in the tx/ok panhandles lol.

I fabbed up a deck wing, so will be curious to see what it does. May be a couple weeks.

just somthin' I threw together, it should work better than it looks lol.

Its all integral to the trunklid, no struts to fool with, just pull the 4 pins and lift it all off in one piece. I put a bunch of stops under the edge of the lid, very sturdy............I can put all my weight on it and it and it flexes very little.

Not bad for 50 bucks work of material.
