Re: New F.A.S.T Record by Lane Carey
Lane's car is on the cover of "MUSTANG Magazine". Inside there is an 8 page spread. In one pic, he is pulling the front wheels a couple of inches with G60-15 Goodyear Polyglass GT's on the back !! This car is absolutely show worthy and stupid fast. I LIKE IT !!!
I'm not being a sales guy for them, but when "LEGENDARY Ford" magazine went under, these guys stepped in and sent me magazines to fulfill my subscription. I will re-up when the time comes.

OK, maybe I am being a sales guy for 'em.

I kind of agree, but SFI does not write liable laws. Whos at fault if a Pro stocker or even a top fuel car driver gets hurt. Its like having to wear a -15 suit for a naturally asperated gas/alchohol after you exceed 7.50. The fire is not any hotter, and most fast guys take better care of their equipment.
I have yet to see a pro stock motor cycle fail the chassis certification for cage or seat belts.
Just saying,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Lane you could not have picked a better fabricator than Rollcage Ronnie. Rhodes does some awesome work, although not the cheapest, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. You may even be pleasantly surprised that the car may ET better yet with the chassis braced and stiffened. Very nice and thanks for the update. Hope the surgery goes well and you recover F.A.S.T
