1356 t case leak
I've got some serious drips coming from the parting line of the 1356 in my 93 F250. It was dripping a little before, but after I put the 4.10 axles (D60 front, Sterling rear) in, it really is pouring out now. It's my daily driver, so I need to fix it in a weekend's time. Anyone have some tips for me before I pull the wrenches out?
Thanks!!

tip
I am not positive, but I believe those are the ones that have a pump that cuts into the rear case half. sometimes cutting all the way through causing a leak. I have had good luck repairing the case with a roll pin and some jb. Good luck with the project.

Re: 1356 t case leak
Hmmmm......I'll look into that. I started to wonder if it was just the rear seal flinging oil everywhere, but then again, it's mostly just on the case (not the floor at all). I gotta find out more on that oil pump!
Thanks!!!
