I have a 1994 f-350
how do you keep the calipers from sticking
Unfortunatly the truck sits a lot

For a vehicle that does more sitting than running I use silicone brake fluid.
It isn't hygroscopic, As in it doesn't absorb water, which is probably your
problem...

Clean and grease the caliper slide pins if it has them...
