It's not my block, I don't know if it is an A-460. I got the picture off this site, I don't remember who's block it was.
Here is another picture of that block, it does not look to be an A-460, since there is no casting for the head bolt boss. The 2nd picture I believe is Doug Rahn's A-460 block.

Pulled out my 460 that was in the Turbo Coupe thursday. It is now going into my '84 Crew Cab.
Not sure what type of engine will go back into the TC now....2.3 Turbo ?... 351 based stroker ?....5.0 Coyote 4 valve crate engine ?....not sure yet.

Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
Got a Ron's toilet for the race car. Need to order nozzles before I try to set it up. Been working on my 06 GT since I can't drive it much right now. Added honeycomb rear taillight panel, off-road X-pipe, and put Roush Lowering springs on it today. I'm ready for some nice weather!

Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
Looks great TJ !
I am really starting to like the looks of the 2005-2009 Mustangs.
I would love to build a 2008 Cobra Jet tribute car and put a 429 SCJ engine in it.

Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
Finished up the intake gasket and water pump job on the Roadmaster Tues.,tore down two sbc roundyround engines this eve. I have the interior tin work done on the Tbird and the 532 for it assembled on the engine stand right now. I finished up the PG rebuild two weeks ago now if I can get my fatazz to get to work on putting it all in the bird.
Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
Going to pull the engine out of the Ranger this week or this weekend just depends on the weather.Replacing the pistons, cam going from hydr cam to a little bigger solid flat tappet, changing over to a alky carb.I will more than likely be max on the dove heads with small valves I know I am leaving some on the table with the small valves but not going to put $400 or $500 more in these doves.

Not much of a retirement you have there!! You've been quite busy it sounds like!!
The 532 should get the T-Bird's attention!! Pics???

Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
Been painting Yellowhorse's car and went down to Boss429's to help him button up a few things. Havent even looked at my car.
Re: Anyone been doing any car stuff?
no pics, no details...nothing... I have heard chatter of fender exit headers, and I have no clue as if your're going with p51s or your gonna blow the dust off those C casting ... but from what I gather you were looking to update your 4150 carb set-up so I assume your retaining your current heads and intake... but now with this fuel system update I am totally confused...SPEAK!!!bruno wrote:chassis is done , starting on the new fuel system
