BTW, Phillip told me it would probably be later than last years though. Hes pretty busy with 3 engines to get ready by Gainsville right now

Hell D I've drive from Washington State to the bash before...... Dedication is what its about Brother !!!

How is coming to the States all the way from Australia to be at the bash ... that happened last year.

I can now use that quote as leverage towards my dad for ANY extended trip I want to go on. Its an 8 hour trip for us, just like going to Niagra Falls. Heck I'll drive an hour, then my dad, then my brother, then again if needed.

10 + hrs for this ole boy. It will be a haul!

I think the cost of the trip will be the main yes/no factor for me. And if we can camp out in a tent or go to a hotel.

I plan to stay at the track in my motorhome. If we can't do that I will not come. I am really interested in the dates and hope they work out for me this year.

You can stay at the track in your motorhome, I've done it every year. Not sure if I'll make it this year . Depends on my brother's situation..Probably won't have the Tbird ready by then anyway at the rate I'm going now!!But I'll drop by for sure.

There is a tent campground within walking distance from the track. Adney, his wife and kids and a lot of others, stay there.

We will be partying (I mean staying ) at the track.

It is 12 hours by car and about 14 by truck & trailer.
